The building inspector performs all inspections: structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, including commercial properties. Effective January 2, 2018, all municipalities are required to be in compliance with State of Wisconsin permit requirements for new one & two family home construction. Permit applications for this type of construction will need to be completed online by following this link:
