NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Rochester Plan Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 in the Rochester Village Hall, located at 300 W. Spring Street, Rochester, Wisconsin on the following conditional use request. This location is handicap accessible. If you have any other special needs, please contact the Rochester Village Clerk at

Request a conditional use permit to continue a sand & gravel extraction operation, including crushing, at 32610 Washington Ave., Rochester, Wisconsin.

Applicants are subject to Section 35-54, M-4 Quarrying District and 35-100(F)(3), Special Conditional Use Provisions for Quarry Operations found in Chapter 35 (Planning & Zoning) of the Village of Rochester Municipal Code.

The above conditional use request is on file at the Rochester Village Hall at 300 W. Spring Street. This file is open for review prior to the public hearing, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Files may also be viewed online at https://rochesterwi.gov/news-notices/.


NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said hearing, opportunity will be given to any person or persons, whether or not represented by agent or attorney, to be heard either for or against the proposed conditional use.
