NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Rochester Plan Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 in the Rochester Village Hall, located at 300 W. Spring Street, Rochester, Wisconsin on the following conditional use requests. This location is handicap accessible. The above conditional use request is on file at the Rochester Village Hall at 300 W. Spring Street. This file is open for review prior to the public hearing, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said hearing opportunity will be given to any person or persons, whether or not represented by agent or attorney, to be heard either for or against the proposed conditional use.
