Obtaining an Absentee Ballot by Mail
Any registered voter may request to vote an absentee ballot instead of voting at the polls on Election Day. The easiest and quickest way to request an absentee ballot by mail is to visit MyVote Wisconsin and follow the instructions under "Vote Absentee by Mail."
Otherwise, you may complete an official application for an absentee ballot and specify whether you wish a ballot to be sent to you for the primary or election or both. You may also request an absentee ballot by letter or email. Your written request must list your voting address within the municipality where you wish to vote, the address where the absentee ballot should be sent, if different, and your signature.
