Village Hall and Park Pavilion Rentals
Location: 300 W. Spring Street, Rochester, Wisconsin.

Applications will be accepted and reservations scheduled based on availability of dates. Contact office staff at (262) 534-2431 to make a reservation.
2024 Fees:
Hall Rental (capacity: 257 people)
$150 Resident Rental Fee
$250 Non-Resident Rental Fee
24' x 40' Pavilion Rental
$150 Resident Rental Fee
$250 Non-Resident Rental Fee
Both Hall & Pavilion Rental (Note: The Hall must also be rented if a Pavilion rental is for more than 50 persons.)
$200 Resident Rental Fee
$300 Non-Resident Rental Fee
Deposits: (Deposits are required in the form of a check or cash for all rentals, in case of damage.)
$200 rental deposit required for pavilion rental
$500 rental deposit required for hall rental
Payment in full is required the week before the rental, at which time you would also sign the rental agreement and pick up the keys. Someone from your party would need to stop by the Village Hall to do this during regular office hours - Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
