2026 Assessment Roll and Open Book
Pursuant to s. 70.45, Wis. Stats. the assessment roll for the Year 2026 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 19th day of May, 2026 at 8:30 a.m., until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday until June 18th, 2026. There is a printed copy at the Village Hall or you can view electronically by clicking here.
Additionally, the assessor shall be available on the 19th day of May, 2026 at the Village Hall, 300 W. Spring St., Rochester, WI, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. If you cannot make it in person but would like to talk to the assessor you can call him at 812-483-0653. Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under s. 70.47, Wis. Stats.
