NOTICE OF PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Village of Rochester Plan Commission will hold their monthly meeting on:
Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the
Rochester Village Hall, 300 W. Spring Street, Rochester, Wisconsin
where they will consider a proposed land division to create two (2) lots out of one owned by Dolphin Revocable Trust (Dated 1/11/2024), at 33714 Washington Ave in the Village of Rochester.
You are receiving this notice because you own a parcel that abuts the subject property. This Plan Commission meeting is your opportunity to voice any concerns you have regarding the proposed land division.
A map of the proposed land division is provided for your review.
