The Village of Rochester is requesting bids to perform snow removal from 22 miles of Village roads for the 2017 – 2018 winter season. The initial contract is offered for one year and is renewable upon mutual agreement of both parties at the completion of each snowplowing season. Bids are solicited on the basis of hourly rates to include manpower and equipment. A guaranteed $35,000.00 retainer will be awarded to the successful bidder for each season.

Submitted Bids should be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Snowplowing Bid”. The Bidder’s name, address, email address, and phone number should be indicated on the outside of the envelope.
The bid opening will be held Friday, July 7, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at the Rochester Village Hall, Rochester, Wisconsin. Bids arriving after the specified time will not be accepted.
The Village of Rochester reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids submitted.
