The building inspector performs all inspections: structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, including commercial properties. If you are planning on doing any work on your home, please contact Lee beforehand to make sure you are getting the proper permits. Contact him directly with questions, for general information, or to set an appointment.
Effective January 2, 2018, all municipalities are required to be in compliance with State of Wisconsin permit requirements for new one & two family home construction. Permit applications for this type of construction will need to be completed online by following this link:
