Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Village of Rochester Board of Trustees will be held Tuesday, September 26, 2017 beginning at 7:00 p.m.   The purpose of the meeting is to hear 2018 budget proposals for the Rochester Public Library and Rochester Volunteer Fire Company.
