Notice is hereby given that the Western Racine County Sewerage District will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Western Racine County Sewerage District office, 1020 N. River Road, in the Village of Rochester.  The public hearing is on an ordinance to amend Article V. of the WRCSD User Charge Ordinance to Provide for a Connection Fee.
