Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the Village of Rochester Board of Trustees on Monday, January 8, 2018 beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Rochester Village Hall.   The subject of the hearing is a request to change the land use plan designation of approximately 2.3 acres of land located at 2728 Beck Drive, Rochester, Wisconsin, from its current land use designation of “Low Density Residential” to a new land use designation of “Commercial”.
