Notice is hereby given by the Village Board of the Village of Rochester that a public hearing on Ordinance No. 2018-2 will be held on January 8, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. in the Rochester Village Hall, 300 W. Spring Street, Rochester Wisconsin.   The proposed ordinance has the effect of rezoning land at 2728 Beck Drive from R-6 Suburban Residential District (Sewered) to B-4 Highway Business District subject to the rules and regulations of Chapter, 35, Section 35-44, of the Village of Rochester Municipal Code.
