Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Village of Rochester Board of Trustees will be held Tuesday, October 2, 2018 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Rochester Village Hall.   The purpose of the meeting is to hear budget proposals from the Rochester Public Library and Rochester Volunteer Fire Company.
