Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the members of the Village of Rochester Board of Trustees may be attending a meeting of the Western Racine County Alliance, Wednesday, November 14, 2018 between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at the Norway Town Hall, 6419 Heg Park Road, Wind Lake, Wisconsin.   No matter shall be considered, nor any action taken by the Village of Rochester Board of Trustees at this gathering.
