Please take notice that the Village Board of the Village of Rochester, Racine County, Wisconsin, did, pursuant to law, on the 10th day of December, 2018, duly enact a certain ordinance to create the office of Village Administrator, provide for the appointment of Alternate Members to the Plan Commission; and repeal and recreate the office of Humane Officer to specify that the Racine County Humane Officer shall have jurisdiction throughout the Village.
Please take further notice that said ordinance was passed by unanimous vote of said Village Board. One village board member was absent from the meeting.
