Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the members of the Village of Rochester Board of Trustees may be attending a meeting of the Western Racine County Alliance group on Wednesday, March 13, 2019  beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Waterford Village Hall, 123 N. River Street, Waterford, Wisconsin.
