Pursuant to s. 70.45, Wis. Stats. the assessment roll for the Year 2019 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 13th day of May, 2018 at 8:30 a.m., until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Additionally, the assessor shall be available on the 16th day of, May, 2019 at the Village Hall, 300 W. Spring St., Rochester, WI, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under s. 70.47, Wis. The Assessment Board of Review for the Village of Rochester shall hold its first meeting on Wednesday, May 23, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Rochester Village Hall, 300 W.
