Our planning consultant team will be presenting the results for review and discussion at the next Plan Commission meeting which will be held Wednesday, August 28th, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Rochester Village Hall. 

 

During the meeting, we will continue work on our 2050 Land Use Plan Update. 

 

The discussion topics include:

 

•             Public Information Meeting Follow-Up; 

 

•             Draft Vision Statement for the Village; 

 

•             Land Use Map, Categories, and Zoning Map; and

 

•             Benefits from pursuing municipal water or sanitary sewer expansion agreements with adjacent municipalities
