Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Village of Rochester Board of Trustees will be held Monday, September 30, 2019 beginning at 7:00 p.m.   The purpose of the meeting is to hear Rochester Public Library and Rochester Volunteer Fire Company 2020 Budget Proposals.
