Stats. the assessment roll for the Year 2020 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 20th day of July, 2020 at 8:30 a.m., until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Additionally, the assessor shall be available on the 22nd day of July, 2020 at the Village Hall, 300 W. The Assessment Board of Review for the Village of Rochester shall hold its first meeting on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Rochester Village Hall, 300 W.
