The Rochester Village Hall and Rochester Library are now open to the public.

The Rochester Village Hall is now open for in person business. We will continue to adhere to Central Racine County Health Department and CDC guidlines. We encourage the wearing of masks and have santitation protocols in place. We still encourage you to use our outside dropbox for such business as paying your sewer uitlity bills and or paying for dog licenses. We have and will continue to take passport applications in person. The Village Hall business hours are M-F 8:30a – 4:00p. Any questions please call 262-534-2431.

The Rochester Library will continue to adhere to Racine County Health Department and CDC guidelines. We will require masking, social distancing and hand sanitizing protocols. With that in mind, we feel that with OUR PATRONS COOPERATION we will be able to offer a carefully planned, modified summer program for our young patrons. As always the health and safety of our staff and families remains our primary concern.
