Pursuant to s. 70.45, Wis. Stats. the assessment roll for the Year 2021 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 21st day of June, 2021 at 8:30 a.m., until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Additionally, the assessor shall be available on the 23rd of June, 2021 at the Village Hall, 300 W. Spring St., Rochester, WI, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under s. 70.47, Wis. The Assessment Board of Review for the Village of Rochester shall hold its first meeting on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Rochester Village Hall, 300 W.
