Notice is hereby given that the Village of Rochester Plan Commission will hold their regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Rochester Village Hall where the following proposed land divisions will be discussed:

1.  Pre-application conference for the initial consideration of an application to rezone Proposed Lot 1 from UR-Urban Reserve District to A-2 General Farming and Residential District and the associated proposed one (1) lot Certified Survey Map land division, located at 29117 Washington Avenue

2.  Pre-application conference for initial consideration of a land use plan amendment from agricultural land to rural density residential and Agricultural Land (3 to 30 acres per dwelling unit) and the associated proposed three (3) lot Certified Survey Map land division, located approximately 800 feet southwest of 33633 Oak Knoll Road
