Lynch Ventures, LLC: Request a conditional use permit to construct additions to principal and accessory structures, increase parking area, and continue operation of a truck sales and service dealership at 29000 Sharon Ln.

Cloud 1 Services, LLC: Request a conditional use permit to construct and operate a 189-foot tall communications tower at 34801 Academy Rd.
