The Village of Rochester is accepting sealed bids for its 2023 chip sealing project.  Bids will be accepted at the Rochester Village Hall, 300 W. Spring Street, Rochester, WI, until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
