The Village of Rochester is requesting sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to replace nine windows on the Rochester Fire Station building located at 31020 Academy Road, Rochester, Wisconsin.

Time and Place of Opening Bids:  Sealed bids will be received at the Village Hall at 300 West Spring Street, P.O. Box 65, Rochester, Wisconsin 53167, Clearly Labeled: “Fire Station Window Replacement Project Bid Proposal” until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, June 22, 2023, and at that time will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Description of Work:  The project consists of removal and disposal of nine existing windows and trim, repairing the window framing as necessary, and installing nine new windows and new trim with any window certified as a 2023 ENERGY STAR© Most Efficient Window, a listing of which is included in the project specifications.

The Village of Rochester Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive technicalities.   Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of the contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder.
