Notice is hereby given to every person who controls, occupies or controls land in the Village of Rochester to cut or destroy all noxious weeds, which include but are not limited to: Canada thistle, ragweed, leafy spurge, field bind weed (commonly known as Creeping Jenny), goat’s beard, poison ivy, bull thistle, wild parsnip, burdock, cocklebur, pigweed, common lambsquarter, curled dock, hemp, English plantain, and poison oak. This must be done at such time and in such a manner as shall effectively prevent them from bearing seed or spreading to adjoining properties, as required by Section 66.0407 of the Wisconsin State Statutes.
