Update 8/15:
The contractor will be in at 7AM on Saturday 8/17 to top the road.
Update 8/9:
We’ve just learned that contractors will be paving Mink Ranch Road tomorrow (Saturday 8/10). It should take half a day. Residents may want to move their vehicles earlier in the morning. Early next week they will be cutting and removing the first few feet of all concrete driveways to be replaced with asphalt. (Per Village ordinance, paved surfaces in the right of way must be asphalt, as concrete can catch snow plows.)
Update 8/5:
Contractors will be finishing point repairs on the road base Tuesday 8/6 and possibly Wednesday 8/7. Date of paving still to be determined.
Update 7/25:
The sewer repair will take place on Friday, July 26th. Contractors will begin staging equipment around 7AM, giving residents an hour or so to move vehicles as needed. Once they start digging, the road will be closed for 6-8 hours.
Update 7/18:
Milling of Mink Ranch Road is scheduled to begin on July 23rd-24th. Utility work should be completed between the 25th and the 27th. This schedule is contingent on other projects and weather permitting.
Update 7/10:
Stark Pavement is planning to begin work on Mink Ranch Road during the week of July 15th. The road will remain open to traffic during the milling and paving operation. When contractors are working on the sewer, the road will be completely shut down – this should be completed within one day.
We will update this post with more specific information as it becomes available.
