Pursuant to s. 70.45, Wis. Stats. the assessment roll for the Year 2025 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 11th Day of June, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., untill 4:00 p.m., through June 23rd, 2025.  Additionally there will be 3 days of appointments scheduled from noon to 7:00 p.m. in the above window of time.  Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under s. 70.47, Wis. Stats.

The Assessment Board of Review for the Village of Rochester shall hold its first meeting on Wednesday, June 11th, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Rochester Village Hall, 300 W. Spring Street, Rochester, Wisconsin.  The Board will immediatly adjourn and reconvene on Thursday, July 10th, 2025.  Full meeting notice and instructions
