Village of Rochester Services

Administrative Services.   Due to the recent uptick in COVID-19, office hours have been suspended at village hall until further notice.  We ask that any business that can be conducted via phone, mail, and email be conducted that way.  At the very bottom of this page, you will find a list of Department Contacts, phone numbers, and email addresses.    After initial contact by phone or email and, if still necessary, we will gladly make appointments to meet in person.

Property Tax Payments.   In person payments will not be accepted this year.    Tax Payments can be made by placing your payment in the payment drop box located outside of the entrance (NO cash please); OR by mail. You may also pay online by following this link.  https://rochesterwi.gov/payments/  (Service Fees Apply).   Payments are due by January 31, 2021.

Once available, you may look up any Village of Rochester tax bill by following this link:  My Tax Bill- Racine County.  “My Tax Bill” allows Racine County property owners to search their property by address or parcel ID number and view and print their tax bill or payment receipt.

Village Meetings.  All meetings of the Village of Rochester Board of Trustees and Village of Rochester Committees will be held remotely until further notice.   All notices and meetings of the Village of Rochester will continue to meet Wisconsin’s open meeting law requirements.
