The Spring Election will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2021.  Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Rochester Village Hall.  Click HERE  to view a sample ballot.  Early voting begins Tuesday, March 23rd during regular office hours at Village Hall.  Call the Village Clerk directly at 262.534.1181 with any questions.

Administrative Services.   For the safety of staff and visitors, other business at village hall continues to be conducted by appointment only.   The building is closed to the public and we ask that any business that can be conducted via phone, mail, or email be conducted that way.   At the very bottom of this page, you will find a list of Department Contacts, phone numbers, and email addresses.    After initial contact by phone or email and, if still necessary, we will gladly make appointments to meet in person.

Village Meetings.  All meetings of the Village of Rochester Board of Trustees and Village of Rochester Committees will be held remotely until further notice.   All notices and meetings of the Village of Rochester will continue to meet Wisconsin’s open meeting law requirements.  Participation details are listed on the meeting agenda(s).

The Rochester Public Library Building remains closed to the public until further notice but continues to offer online, pick up, and select in house services by appointment.   Visit the library’s website for more details:  https://www.rochester.lib.wi.us/
