Notice is hereby given that the Village of Rochester Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2022, in the Village of Rochester Village Hall, 300 W. Spring Street, Rochester, Wisconsin for an Application for Variance to construct a 24′ x 42′ detached garage in the street yard  at 35519 Academy Road, Rochester, Wisconsin.
