Notice is hereby given by the Village Board of the Village of Rochester, Racine County, Wisconsin of a public hearing on Ordinance #2022-7:  “An Ordinance to Repeal and Recreate Sections 36-53 and 36-56 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Rochester to allow the Village Plan Commission to Grant or Deny Conditional Use Permits in the Shoreland-Wetland and Shoreland Zoning Districts” on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. in the Rochester Village Hall, Rochester, Wisconsin.
