Request for Proposals: Rochester Fire Station Roof Replacement
The Village of Rochester is requesting sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to install a new EPDM rubber roof membrane system over the existing metal roof on the Rochester Fire Station building located at 31020 Academy Road, Rochester,
Wisconsin.
Time and Place of Opening Bids: Sealed bids will be received at the Village Hall at 300 West Spring Street, P.O. Box 65, Rochester, Wisconsin 53167, Clearly Labeled: “Fire Station Roof Project Bid Proposal” until 2:00 P.M., March 9, 2023, and at that time will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Description of Work: The project consists of removing and replacing the existing gutter system with a high back gutter system, installing 2” ISO over the entire roof, and installing a new 60 mil black EPDM rubber roof membrane system, including flashings around all penetrations, over the entire roof of the 9,600 square foot building.

The Village of Rochester Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of the contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder.
