Pursuant to s. 70.45, Wis. Stats. the assessment roll for the Year 2023 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 15th day of May, 2023 at 8:30 a.m., until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Additionally, the assessor shall be available on the 25th day of May, 2023 at the Village Hall, 300 W. Spring St., Rochester, WI, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under s. 70.47, Wis. Stats.
The Assessment Board of Review for the Village of Rochester shall hold its first meeting on Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Rochester Village Hall, 300 W.
