NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Rochester Plan Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 in the Rochester Village Hall, located at 300 W. Spring Street, Rochester, Wisconsin on the following conditional use request.

Applicant: Christian Johnson
Request a conditional use permit to operate a non-agricultural soil testing and septic system installation business at 2733 N. Maple Rd., Rochester, Wisconsin. Non-Agricultural businesses are permitted by conditional use within the A-2 zoning district by Village of Rochester Code Section 35-62(A)(3) and are required to conform to the restrictions outlined in Section 35-100(I). This is a pre-existing business covered by 35-100(I)(3)(e).
