Pursuant to s. 70.45, Wis. Stats. the assessment roll for the Year 2024 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 20th day of May, 2024 at 8:30 a.m., until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Additionally, the assessor shall be available on the 23rd day of May, 2024 at the Village Hall, 300 W. Spring St., Rochester, WI, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under s. 70.47, Wis. Stats.
The Assessment Board of Review for the Village of Rochester shall hold its first meeting on Thursday, May 30th, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Rochester Village Hall, 300 W.
