Notice is hereby given that the Village of Rochester Plan Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, in the Village of Rochester Municipal Building Auditorium, located at 300 W. Spring Street, Rochester, WI on the following conditional use requests:

Craig and Megan Murdock Conditional Use Application , 2807 Beck Drive, Village of Rochester

to occupy an existing commercial building with a contractor’s office known as “Safe Abatement for Everyone, Inc.” located at 2807 Beck Drive.

Western Racine County Sewerage District Shoreland Wetland Conditional Use Application,* 300 N. Rochester Street, Village of Rochester

to construct a replacement sewerage lift station and related distribution.

*The Village Plan Commission will consider this application at the July 27th meeting, however the public hearing will be conducted by the Village Board on Monday August 1st at 7:30 p.m.
